Anxiety At Its Worst Stage
Personality is an exclusive mixture of thoughts, moods,
behavior and attitude. Also the way we react to a
situation or express our feelings is also included. We
learn many things from our surrounding and also many
different experiences and events in our life help us to
build our personality. If any of the traits become rigid
we are tend to have personality disorder.
Person with a personality disorders are very different
than others. They cannot build a healthy relation with
any one. They also have very low fighting spirit to cope
up with any difficult situation. They are not aware and
also do not believe that they are suffering with a
personality disorder and hence do not take any
treatment.
There are many different forms of anxiety. Personality
disorders are the most serious and dangerous as it is
very difficult to define it and also treat it.

- Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder
- This personality disorder have two types known as
Impulsive type and Borderline Type.
- In Impulse type one loses self control and shows
outbursts of anger and anxiety. These people fail to
control their impulse.
- People suffering with Borderline type of personality
disorder have suicidal tendency. Since they lose their
self confidence and have doubts of personal image and
aims.
Anxious (Avoidant) Personality Disorder:
Person with anxious personality disorder is basically
shy in nature. He or she always tries to avoid
developing any relationship. They feel they are inferior
to others and also feel that people avoid them.
Schizoid Personality Disorder
This is one of the forms of eccentric personality
disorders. People suffering with this disorder fail to
express their emotions and they also do not become a
part of any social activities. They do not mix with
people and also many of them do not even marry, since
they like to be alone.
Narcissistic Personality Disorder
This is also a personality disorder in which a person’s
centre attraction is self. They consider themselves to
be superior to others and feel that they are the most
important but are not confident whereas they have a
feeling to insecurity. They do not have realistic goals.
It is better to stay away from all these disorders as
they are very dangerous and harmful.
